Drove all day and ended up with another trip to Stratford Ont. Drove to Eastern Buffalo took a nap and crossed early morning.
I made it five miles from I90 on 290 when traffic was rerouted off the highway to surface roads. Two hours later in heavy traffic through many construction zones finally got back on 90 headed east. Link below show the cause.

Um, I know for a fact that current EPA regulations for idling stands at 5minutes, sooo....
I did find out that idling is fine once temp drops below a certain point
