Turning down side street we found walk way that looked older then London. Thing could really shine with a few hundred gallons of Brasso.
Old armory has me thinking of site at STCC. http://www.nps.gov/spar/ Gotta get back there haven't seen it in while.
Here's a building with couple of tarnished eagles ready fly, check out daily planet globe like sculpture.
Getting off the surface streets and headed to State Capital spotted the fountain again. I didn't get good enough pics of the women midway through it last time and wanted to do better. These girls are spooky, I don't care how hard the sun is shining.
Taking a break at the State Capital, what a massive building lots to see here. http://www.ct.gov/ctportal/cwp/view.asp?a=885&q=246482 Amanda says tours on Saturday start at Ten and are every hour till Two.
Rolling down the State House driveway we ran into LaFayette at full gallop, a 13inch mortar from the 1860s and Confucius.
