Cutting through small towns of Connecticut you will happen across some gems. Lebanon set off my GPS with a tone saying stop here, the signs helped punctuate it.
Wish I had more time to check out these buildings, looked like a nice spread for some old school governing.
When you see a sign that says "The War House" gotta stop. Theres a cobweb in my brain that read the history of this place years ago.
Walking in the fireplace takes center stage. Like alot of these old buildings this was moved to this location but just from next street over. Box of items found under the old building from original site. Don't forget to sign the book on the way out.
Just down the road stopped for corn and tomato's here.

Love that bear sculpture! Good photos of things I've never seen before not far from where I am (Amherst).
