Paul Bunyan had an ax when I first seen this three years ago. On a delivery to Cheshire CT. this is on w. Johnson ave. Cheshire CT. Wonder who would win in a fight, paul or the old mutual ford guy that was moved to pike entrance on 291.

Had a delivery to Shelton CT. ran into this place. I wanted to stop and ask for a tour but wanted to fit in bike ride later.

Getting done with a couple hours of daylight left I'm headed to old Mountain Park. Seen this van on the way,bye manny its been fun thanks for the memories now go away.

This sign is last posting of a once great park.

Between a rock and a hard place.Ive seen enough slasher movies to know getting any closer to that little building was not an option.

Biggest structure on site is pavilion. miniature golf course still offers couple holes. Chain link fence had me stopped at gate so I took road in and bushwacked. Seen other people walking site from direction of gate. There is a visable worn path in.

natures taking over.

Having time left, drove north on Rt5 to Mt. Tom. Lots to see in this park many trails. Remains of Stone Crusher on Christopher Clark Rd. in Mt. Tom State Reservation.

Twin Rocks on Christopher Clark rd. in Mt.Tom State Reservation.
