Today we took mom fresh back to America on a hike up Mt. Tom.

Parking at the Log Cabin we waited for the last member of our party to arrive.

Nice hike, it doesn't take long to get above the tree line.

Busting out on top it was a windy day.


Getting some cover we busted out lunch and a bottle of wine for a late Birthday celebration.

Great place for a hike, lots of color on the trees.

Judy bought a huge cabbage and boiled it for three hours. Later Ground pork and beef was browned.
Rice was added to pork and beef, the assembly line was set.

Judy showed me how to wrap and fold these bundles of yum. In no time we had our roaster full and ready to cook a little more.

Moms back from Portugal today.

As gifts were given from Moms travels she pulls out a wet napkin in a bag that contains a stick that will soon be a fig tree.

Judy and I went to Hardwick MA. for a little Jazz and Wine today.


We got a pitcher of sangria and grabbed a seat.
