Drove through the night and tested out O degree sleeping bag in the van. Needed to have document drop in Portland for 0800. In town a few hours early decided to take a tour.

Still early decided to walk the docks. Below fellow time killer puts on gloves to see if he can free tangled gull. Apparently water and food was out for this gull that got tangled as fast as he was free again, wonder if hes still there?
