Finally stopped into this small bakery. This place is run by a couple that moved to the area from the west coast. They built a prosperous business and left because he felt it was to big and he wanted to have a smaller more personal bakery. Cant wait to try everything in this place. Between Dana and the main body of The Quabbin we ran into Swamps and ponds.


Took us longer then we thought to get to the main reservoir but it was worth the walk.


Good all weather idea here.


Headed to the beach for lunch.

Amanda's spring breaks coming to a close so were all meeting at Moms for pizza.
Stuffs starting to grow here.





Milling around the yard pulling dead stuffs always been a family favorite to help digestion.

Driving through Montreal, this guys got a bad tire rub. Must be getting ready for Bristle this weekend.

3-11-12 The Quabbin Gate 40.

Me Judy and Mom went for a walk in The Quabbin today. Judy's been here before with her Dad over the years but Ive only been to the fishing gates. Gate 40 is a two mile walk to a town named Dana that was moved for the reservoir.

Lots of rock walls and cellar holes. Nice day for a walk today mid to high 50s.
Walking into the town common you could almost hear the horses walk by.
Horse ties still off in the distance of where the hotel once was.
