Judy's been rocking the pizza lately with simple items turned to totally delicious pizzas.

Olive oil drizzled over raw dough followed by spinach sauteed with garlic and olive oil.

Mozzarella spread then spinach.

Better then take out, key is the garlic.

After breakfast Judy and I grabbed our Snowshoes for a walk in Laughing brook.

Its all about perspective on this trail, pick a side of the tree. We chose not to visit Neff Trail today.
