Mom and I got to the beach this morning at 0811.
For the next ten hours this would be home base.
Fresh mozzarella sandwiches with olives for starters, steak grinders to come.
Moms no surfer but she could live at the beach, we had perfect weather for today.
Dark clouds passed but the yellow flags on the beach still said caution. Cops got the call a few towels down.
